About The Workshop

The 3rd IndoWordNet Workshop is being conducted under the aegis of the Eighth International Conference on Natural Language Processing (ICON 2010), by IIT Bombay.

The objective of the 3rd IndoWordNet Workshop is to explore the basic methodologies for constructing WordNets for Indian languages and then linking them internally to produce and enhance the IndoWordNet, which is being linked to the English WordNet and the EuroWordNet

The workshop is being sponsored by the Department of Information Technology (DIT) and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT). It will be held at IIT Kharagpur.
